When I woke up this morning, I had not idea that I would be buying a new car in just a few hours. I was leaving my hometown after burying my grandmother, to get back home so my daughter could attend her senior prom. My car began to fail once we arrived to the Augusta area and from there, once the service department heard of our situation… - my daughter made it to prom thanks to Spencer - my car was diagnosed and I was taken to Elaine as getting another car was evident - Then Johnny made sure I got the best deal In between, they made me feel like I was at home, and offered good ole southern hospitality, which I have started to fear to be a lost charm. Buy a car, a new car, is scary sometimes. But Miracle Nissan eased my worries and I’m am very grateful.

I went in for a recall on my Altima yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The young lady and gentleman (who moved so quick I couldnt catch their names) got my information and told me there would be an hour and a half wait.Nevermind my not getting their names. What impressed me the most was getting there at 8:45am and being done before 9am. When I got ready to leave, the service tag and papers were still in my car. A nice guy who noticed me walking to my car came up and pulled everything out and was about to offer to vacuum the inside until I told him it was okay. Thank you, Miracle Nissan. I'll for sure be returning for future services.
