I want to shout out a very big thank to TeeTee and Taylor for giving me the best experience at Miracle of Nissan. They really came through for me, and got me into a vehicle I love. If you ask for them you will also have the same experience. Also a thank you to God and my new guardian angel my Dad.

I went in for a recall on my Altima yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The young lady and gentleman (who moved so quick I couldnt catch their names) got my information and told me there would be an hour and a half wait.Nevermind my not getting their names. What impressed me the most was getting there at 8:45am and being done before 9am. When I got ready to leave, the service tag and papers were still in my car. A nice guy who noticed me walking to my car came up and pulled everything out and was about to offer to vacuum the inside until I told him it was okay. Thank you, Miracle Nissan. I'll for sure be returning for future services.

UPDATED REVIEW – 4 STARS Four weeks after driving home in my brand-new Nissan, I had a flat tire and was surprised when the service desk quoted $350 for a new tire—even though I’d purchased most warranties they offered. It felt disappointing, and I shared that frustration online. What happened next turned things around. The owner personally called, apologized, and said that’s not how they want customers treated. He immediately refunded the full amount and explained they’re coaching the team so this doesn’t happen again. That genuine effort really mattered to me. Why I’m bumping them up to 4 stars Ownership & Accountability – The moment management knew, they stepped in and made it right. Fast Resolution – My refund appeared quickly, hassle-free. Positive Attitude – The owner’s willingness to listen and improve left a great impression. Why I’m not at 5 stars (yet) The initial miscommunication shouldn’t have happened. I hope the front-line staff get the training they need so future customers don’t hit the same bump. Bottom line: My first visit to the service department was rocky, but the way Miracle Nissan of Augusta corrected it showed real commitment to customer care. If you shop here, speak up if something feels off—they’ll work to make it right. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MIRACLE NISSAN OF AUGUSTA I’m furious enough to carve this into granite so future buyers can see it coming from miles away. Four weeks ago—yes, less than a month—I drove off their lot in a brand-new Nissan Rock Creek Pathfinder, stacking on every extended warranty they waved in front of me so I’d supposedly be “covered.” Fast-forward to a simple flat tire and a visit to their service bay, and they slap me with a $350 bill for a replacement. Read that again: a car barely out of the showroom, with “peace-of-mind” warranties I paid extra for, and Miracle Nissan’s answer is pay up or get lost. Costco, Discount Tire, even mom-and-pop shops stand behind their tires with free road size hazard coverage. Miracle Nissan? Dead silence, zero accountability, and a smug shrug from the service desk saying you should have gotten this 9th obscure coverage that covers it. They even had the audacity to tell me, “Discount Tire and Costco specialize in selling tires, that’s why they can offer those warranties.” No—they offer those warranties because they value customer loyalty and understand what real service looks like. The finance rep actually said, “Imagine if we had to repair every tire that got a flat on the road.” You know what? Discount Tire and Costco do exactly that—for FREE—because they stand behind what they sell. A company whose entire business model is selling brand new cars can’t even replace a tire that was purchased three weeks ago? No goodwill gesture, no “let me see what I can do.” Just “That’ll be $350.” Apparently, their definition of customer care ends the moment your check clears. It’s embarrassing. Bottom line: They do not honor the spirit of their own warranties. Their service department nickel-and-dimes you on problems any respectable dealer would fix. Their word means nothing once you’ve driven off the lot. And they justify poor service by comparing themselves to companies that actually take care of their customers. If you’re the manager and this is your business model, I genuinely hope that when the next recession hits, this is the first dealership to go under. Because customer exploitation shouldn’t be profitable. Do yourself a favor: if you want a Nissan, take the trip to Atlanta or literally anywhere else. Miracle Nissan of Augusta turned what should have been an exciting new-car experience into a $350 lesson in broken promises. Don’t let them teach you the same one.
