I had a routine oil change and tire rotation and did not notice my usual favorite service advisor Jamie,but I was greeted by John who was very nice and friendly,he gave me recommendations and communicated with me about my service and set me up with my next appointment which included some parts to be ordered,I have since learned Jamie has stepped in to a new position and glad to hear she remains with my Nissan Family,but at the same time I look forward to my future Dealings with the service department as John as my service tech 😁

Jonathan once again provided excellent customer service/care. He is for the customer, taking the time to adhere to my concerns and go above and beyond to alleviate them. If you come to Nissan of Augusta ask for Jonathan!

All I can sy is he service department is always polite, informative and very helpful. Jamie- the Service Manager is why I am here. I have been working with her for the past 7.5 yers and followed her from North Augusta- which is much more convenient for me- to Augusta because of her AMAZING SERVICE! Jonathan was great, very friendly and shared with me the services that were up next. And then there is Johnny(GM) who alway has greeted me from the first time I bought a car and has always greeted ne ever since as he did again today! At 64 I have never received the kind of service from a car dealership as I have from this particular group at Miracle Nissan of Augusta! Always feels like family when I get here!!!
