Service Advisor Logan Rhodes went above and beyond for the tire issue I was having on my Nissan Rogue. The tire was losing pressure and after much diagnosing and not finding a leak, initially determined that it was the tire valve stem. The next day, still had major tire pressure loss, took it back in, and they decided to replace the tire to be sure I did not have any additional issues. Thankfully, the tire was covered under my extended warranty. Logan made sure I was informed every step of the process. Thank you, Logan for your great customer service!
